The Cruise - Following closely in the wake of the Seven Seas Mariner, the new 700-guest Seven Seas Voyager is the world's second all-suite, all-balcony ship and the second to feature a restaurant operated by Le Cordon Bleu® of Paris. There are four main dining venues, surprising for a ship of her size. The Voyager also features some of the highest space and service ratios at sea, and her suites are the largest "lead-in" suites in the industry.
Emphasis is on providing 700 guests a memorable experience, aboard and ashore, for those who appreciate unsurpassed service, attention to detail and elegant, relaxing surroundings.

The Chef - The Chef on the December 2007 Chocolate Cruise is Serge Decrauzat, the chef and education director for Valrhona Chocolate (which most professional chefs think is the best in the world). Chef Decrauzat was host chef last January and is returning for a command performance. There will be a chocolate tasting with him and several demos to showcase dessert technique. He will prepare four signature desserts that will be featured on four successive nights in "The Compass Rose Dining Room". Activites also include a discussions about the history of chocolate as well as a chocoholic tea time one day and chocolate trivia during the cruise. Chef Decrauzat has made significant contributions to the Pastry World while working at such luminary establishments as NYC's Vong, Cafe Sabarsky and Le Cirque 2000. We expect continued success with his endeavors at Valrhona Chocolate.
